Zhazira Nurgalieva graduated from the Republican Physics-mathematics school (RPMS) with a gold medal. Bachelor degree in software engineer from the Kazakh National Technical University (KAZNTU) with honor  and master of Business Administration degree from the Kazakhstan Institute of management, economics and strategic research (KIMEP).  Awarded with a national diploma of «Leader of the year 2014».  

Zhazira Nurgaliev participated in professional trainings, both in Kazakhstan and abroad (BusinessProcessOutsourcing, LVA, Vienna, Managing small and medium-sized businesses, MIM Cyprus) and in international conferences such as: «The management of human resources: Role of HR in change management».

Has experience in the financial, accounting and management positions in international companies such as: ChevronMunaiGas and BakerHughesInt.

Chief Accountant

 Gulnar Umurzakova graduated from the T.Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University and majored in Accountant-Economist, has a SAP certification and National order of the Republic of Kazakhstan for professional achievements.  Has over 20 years of experience in the position of a Chief Accountant and Director of finance in Kazakhstan and foreign manufacturing and extractive companies, such as ОJSC «National Oil and Gas Company KOR», LLP «Agrointex».
